To avoid the influx of applicants and to follow the COVID-19 Basic Health Protocol, DSWD Region IX advised applicants to register online.
Please note that this is only intended for Region 9 residents.

2. Wait for the Confirmation text from DSWD Region IX that contains the date and place where the assistance will be taken.
Requirements (if called for assessment please bring 2 copies of the following)
- School Registration or Certificate of Enrollment (or any proof of enrollment except for enrollment form, as long as signed by the Principal)
- Valid ID of the parent or guardian for Elementary and High Scmentary and High School applicants or School ID for Senior High School and College students
- Authorization Letter for SHS or College Students that cannot claim their Educational Assistance (provide Valid ID of student and claimer)
