Kris Aquino diagnosed with more autoimmune disease since she left for treatment in the U.S.
Ballsy Aquino, in an interview via Zoom with non-government organization Banyuhay Aotearoa said that doctors are still trying to find the correct treatment for her younger sister due to her allergy.
"All the medicines they're trying haven't been working, or maybe they did but then the side effects, they were not too happy about," Ballsy said.
"She has so many allergies from food to plants and medicines," she added.
Ballsy continued by saying, "she's not even 90 pounds now, she's like 85 or 86."
When Kris last update about her health condition, she said she had three autoimmune disease but now "I think there are four," her sister said.
"With all the tests they do in the US, tests that we don't have here, maraming naglalabasan pa rin eh."
However, Kris remains in good spirit because of her sons Josh and Bimby.
"She said there was a time she was really feeling that she was about to give up because she was having such a difficult time. But when she looks at the pictures of her sons or when she sees them, then she knows she still has to fight," Ballsy recalled.
