ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW AT BACOLOD MASSKARA 2022

 Make the most of your time in the City of Smiles this October as Bacolod Masskara Festival is back after two-year hiatus. 

On Friday, September 30, the 'Balik Yuhom' stage is ready for the opening of the month-long with lots of fun and music activities in Bacolod. The OPM icon Rico Blanco graced the occasion with his award-winning music that never fades in the heart of Bacolaños.

Joining Blanco on stage are local bands and performers, the Toda Kings, electric and street dance participants, the Miss Bacolod MassKara contenders, among others. 

The Masskara Festival street dance and arena competition will be held at the Paglaum Stadium in Bacolod City on October 23 to accommodate more people. Seventeen groups will join the street dancing competition and dance the beat of "Smile Again".

Of course, the event is not good enough without having a try-out of Bacolod chicken inasal.

There are also 13 groups joining the Electric Masskara Float and Dance Off competition that will be held on October 22 at the Megaworld's Upper East and will proceed to the Bacolod City Government Center.

Around 1,200 security forces to secure peace and order for the 43rd Masskara Festival. The men and uniforms will be deploy particularly in public plaza, Lacson Streets, and the Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC).
