Anabel Payano from the Dominican Republic was crowned the new Miss Globe 2022. The pageant was held at the Opera & Ballet National Theater in Triana, Albania, on October 15.

Anamaria Babau from the United Arab Emirates was proclaimed1st runner-up and was chosen as the 'People's Choice. Drita Ziri from Albania was named 2nd runner-up and won the "Miss Bikini" award. Thanawan Wigg of Thailand was the 3rd runner-up and won the 'Best in National Costume'. While Lam Thu Hong of Vietnam rounded up the 4th runner-up.
