In the post shared by Efren Batucan on his Facebook account, flooding can be seen in their area which is in Barangay, Bugo Cagayan de Oro City.
The flood in the said area was already beyond the waist. It can also be seen that people were out of their houses and were already along the road while waiting for the flood to subside.

On the other hand, Gracelyn Orendain was asking for help through Facebook live.
He was asking for help because they can't pass through because of the flood.
According to him, it was only about 5-minutes ago when the flood water suddenly rose in their area and they didn't expect it to happen since the said area was already elevated.
He added, even their 2 motorcycles were carried away by the flood.
Gracelyn can also be heard crying in the video hoping and praying the rain will stop.
