A hilarious yet practical way of giving gifts in a Christmas party of a company has been making the rounds online.
In a TikTok video of the event host Tita Kei, it can be seen party raffle wherein caskets were given to its participants as major prizes.
The Philippine Mortuary Association raffled nine caskets and 20 marble urns.
"Hindi lang Appliances ang pwedeng iraffle!!! Sino kaya ang mag uuwi ng Ataul?" Tita Kei wrote in a caption.
Batesville caskets ranges from P44,000 to P2 million, according to the report.
The video has since earned over 331K views and more than 8600 heart reactions so far.
The company said that it has been giving away caskets in its raffle events for years.
Forensic pathologist Raquel Fortun also responded to the viral video whom she was invited as guest speaker.
"Years ago, I was a guest speaker and their raffle prize was a black Cadillac hearse," she said.
