Panlasang Pinoy vlogger Vanjo Merano who had over 6-million subscribers on YouTube had to took to his food channel, not to teach his patron with a new food tutorial but to air his frustration during a flight to the Philippines.
"Bad Trip," that's how Merano described his vacation with his family to the Philippines. There valuables was stolen from their luggage during their flight from the United States to Manila.
On his YouTube Channel released last Sunday, Jan. 22, Merano and his family flew to San Francisco where they took a connecting flight via Philippine Airlines (PAL).
During boarding, they were informed by a ground crew of several problems with their business class seat, including a broken television remote control, headphone jack and a tray table.
On his video he call the attention of the airline management to improve their service while he understands the "inconveniences" that they had experienced.
He also said that when they arrived in Manila, he and his family had to wait in the baggage carousel for over an hour to get their luggage.
While all the hassle has forgotten after a while, Merano and his family were shocked when they checked their luggage at home. They found out some of their belongings were stolen including branded bags, sunglasses, perfumes and even chocolates.
He clarified that he did not blame anyone since they do not have any proof, but instead he just sharing their experience.
"Hindi kami pwedeng magbintang basta-basta kasi tatlong airport 'yung pinuntahan namin, hindi ko alam kung saan nawala 'yon. Hindi ko alam kung paano natin babasahin 'yung scenario na 'yon," said Merano.
Despite some bad experience, he chooses to focus on the good thing as his family apparently enjoyed their holidays with family and friends in the Philippines.
