Kenneth Egano rushed to the hospital after he collapsed from his winning eight-round fight late Saturday in Cavite.
Egano who is from Sarangani and a
bantamweight has been waiting the official result against Jason
Facularin when he suddenly collapsed.
"There is nothing more precious than human life," said Pacquiao upon learning the incident.
Egano, 22, was confined at the Imus Doctors Hospital and scheduled to undergo operation on Sunday.
Pacquiao, also help the parents of Egano to fly to Manila from General Santos City.
Egano has a fight record of 6-1 win-loss with three knockouts.
