A student from Notre Dame of Matalam in Cotabato received a cash worth P100,000 which surprises attendees of the moving-up ceremony. Justin Magtoto's aunt Sheila Mae Enad Magtoto shared a photo of him wearing a garland literally made from real money.
Sheila Mae said it was the Grade 10 student desire that she conceded after he did well in school, and in complimenting Justin.
"Wish granted! Congratulations. Koy! Bahalag walay medal basta may 100k," Sheila wrote in the caption.
