Guiseppe Andrew Buffe, the topnotcher of the Aeronautical Engineer Licensure Exam in 2016, shares his secrets to success.
Contrary to popular belief, Buffe didn't spend countless hours studying. Instead, he emphasized the importance of effective time management and consistent study habits. Despite not being a math or science whiz, he managed to excel in his engineering course.
"It's not about being naturally gifted in math or science," Buffe explained. "With proper study habits, practice, and a little support, anyone can succeed in aeronautical engineering."
Buffe also advocated for group study sessions to save time and foster a deeper understanding of the material. He believed that comprehension is more important than rote memorization.
To support his studies, Buffe invested in quality references, a reliable calculator, and a personal computer for CAD-related subjects.
Social media reduction was another key strategy. Buffe found that limiting screen time helped him focus on his studies.
Today, Buffe works as an aircraft engineer at Cebu Pacific, a testament to his hard work and dedication.
