The INC rally, projected to draw between 300,000 to 500,000 participants primarily from Northern Mindanao, Davao region, and Soccsksargen, has prompted significant road closures throughout the city.

Starting tonight at 9:00 PM, several major thoroughfares, including San Pedro, C.M Recto, C. Bangoy, Iñigo, Pelayo, Bolton and Rizal streets, will be partially closed to allow the INC to set up a stage in Rizal Park. These closures will remain in effect until 7:59 AM tomorrow.

Further road closures will be implemented tomorrow, affecting the Coastal Road from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and key streets such as San Pedro, C.M. Recto, C. Bangoy, Iñigo, Pelayo, Bolton, Rizal, Ilustre, Bonifacio and Palma.

City officials have assured the public that the road closures will be managed in close coordination with the city transport and traffic management office and the public safety and security office. Over 400 traffic enforcers will be deployed to ensure smooth traffic flow in the affected areas.
