Video: PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" de la Rosa challenge drug lords to a duel

Manila, Philippines - The incoming chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Chief Supt. Ronald "Bato" de la Rosa has made a strong statement for the twenty identified drug lords who he said had already raised the bounty to P1 billion to have him and the incoming President of the Philippines assassinated, He challenge them for a duel one by one.

If he should be so lucky to kill all 20 of them, then the "pot money," as he called it, would go to him. He would the use the money to have a drug rehabilitation center.

He also warned that he would spare nobody not even government officials who would turn out to be protectors of the drug lords.
