Mark Anthony Cacal win Best Services in Food & Beverages in Singapore Tourism awards 2016. Singapore Tourism awards is the highest and most prestigious awards in Singapore when it comes to Hospitality and Tourism Industry.
Out of the seven categories Mark is the only Pinoy who won the award. He is also the very 1st Filipino to win an award as he competes against the Singaporeans and other nationalities.
“Mark Anthony is a shining example of what great service looks like and what it means to have a warm personal touch from a staff member. There were so many people writing comments about him and stopping me to tell me about how great he made them feel, ” According to his manager Gibran Baydou.
