AIRJUAN airline soon to fly Sipalay City, the Southern part of Negros Occidental. AirJuan is currently playing various tourist route destination in the country. The airline has shown interest in establishing additional airline route in Sipalay City in coordination with the Local Government thru Mayor Oscar C. Montilla, Jr. and some of the resort owners.
AirJuan Executives flew in to Sipalay via Chopper from Cebu to check the area. Civil Aviation Authority issued the permit last May 5, 2017 to operate Sipalay local airstrip. Aircraft with 5.75 tons capacity and 8-10 pax capacity were safe for the 30 meters x 1287 meters landing airstrips.

The possibility of linking Sipalay to the neighboring airports such as Caticlan (Boracay), Iloilo, Cuyo , Curon Palawan and other Visayas airports such as Cebu, Dumaguete and Bacolod was considered.
