Honasan was charged with two counts of violation of R.A. or the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act on August 1 for giving any private party any unwarranted benefits, advantage or preference in the discharge of his official administrative or judicial functions through manifest partiality, evident bad faith or gross inexcusable negligence.
He is charged for violation of section 3e of the anti-graft law or causing injury to the government or giving unwarranted benefits to a private part.
