Feng Shui: How to design your bedroom to ensure you sleep soundly and wake up full of energy

DO you experience sleeplessness? I think better to follow this tips from feng shui experts. According to feng shui expert, there's a crucial decorating mistake that many people make when it comes to designing their bedroom that affect sleeping pattern.

MindBodyGreen, feng shui consultant Amanda Gibby Peters of Simple Shui claimed that having a mirror on a bedroom wall could be affecting your ability to sleep soundly. She said that according to the principles of feng shui - the ancient Chinese science of harmonising good energy - mirrors can disrupt sleep because they actually increase energy.

Amanda suggest that try to covering up your bedroom mirrors with paper or a sheet for a few weeks to see if it makes a difference.

If you do sleep soundly with them covered, consider replacing them with something else you love - a large print, a mural, or even a few mounted lanterns, she added.

For men and women who can't bear to part with their bedroom mirror, she suggested by hanging it on a wall that doesn't face the bed.

Other feng shui expert said, one of the most vital elements of designing a bedroom is to ensure you leave equal room on both sides of the bed and never to have it pushed up against the wall.

This explain creating equal space for both you and your partner. Also, having two side tables and lamps is a great recommendation because it relates to balance.
