Home owner complain valuable things and cash was steal during police anti-drug operation - Video

Manila, Philippines - Atleast sixty-two Caloocan city cops was force to be relieved following the killings of at least 2 minors in anti-drug operations and a robbery incident during a police operations this month, September 2017. 



National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Police Director Oscar Albayalde said in an interview with ABS-CBN news that the entire police force of Caloocan City needs to be gradually relieved from there post. "And in the coming  days, we will be looking forward to the relief of all personnel from the other substations," Police Director Albayalde said.

September 7 Police operations was inexcusable as the cops did not have search warrant. CCTV footage showed armed men entering a house in Caloocan City last September 7 and stealing valuables and cash amounting to P30,000. A homeowner said the police broke into her home after a drug suspect claimed he got drugs from the house.

Atleast 1,000 Caloocan City cops will be reassigned and will undergo retraining in the coming days, said Albayalde. The reshuffle was planned even before the killing of Kian and Loyd delos Santos and Carl Arnaiz in anti-drug operation last months, he added.
