A renowned developer Sta. Lucia Land recently launched its latest community development in Silay, Negros Occidental. The 67-hectare lake residential community will soon to rise dubbed as the "Paris of Negros",offering 1,101 residential lots with cuts ranging from 150 sqm to 300sqm, and 83 commercial lots. Lot prices start at around P4,000 to P5,000 per sq.m.
Silay City is very famous for its collection of heritage mansions and listed by the Department of Tourism as one of the top tourist destination, Silay was considered as the historic place in Negros Occidental.
Eduardo Tirona, president of Orchard Property Marketing Corp (OMPC), the marketing arm of Sta. Lucia said they are very positive to the new project in Negros Occidental following to the success of Manville Royale.
He added that the site is very near to Bacolod-Silay Airport as well as the soon to-be completed Magic Island Theme Park, which is only seven kilometers from Alegria.
