Watch: Maroon 5 and Jimmy Fallon surprise performance in New York subway

Watch Maroon 5 and Jimmy Fallon surprised commuters of New York's subway by performing a gig. Wearing their wigs, hats and cardigans, Adam Levine and guitarist James Valentine were joined by talk show host Jimmy Fallon for the segment on the comedian's late night program. Fallon provided a tambourine beat while Valentine played acoustic guitar.

The disguise performance works well because viewers did not recognized the true performer. The group jammed out an acoustic version of the band's hit Sugar and Queen's 1979 tune Crazy Little Thing Called Love.

Such surprised performance on the subway were also done before by Miley Cyrus and U2.
