It's going to be the set of Independence Day movie when a shelf of cloud appeared in the Walmart parking lot in Anna, Illinois. The video was shared by the Live Storm Chaser, you can see the incredible cloud formation stretching far, far off into the distance.
Mixed interpretations coming up, some described it as the gate of heaven,a phenomena or Cloud Apocalyptica's.
Well, there's nothing to worry, this is not a herald of the apocalypse. The phenomenon is pretty natural, it's shelf cloud, people seeing a shelf cloud may believe they have seen a wall cloud. This is likely a mistake, since an approaching shelf cloud appears to form a wall made of cloud. A shelf cloud usually appears on the leading edge of a storm, and a wall cloud will usually be at the rear of the storm.
