This Couple Eats Only Fruit And Skipped Brushing Their Teeth For Two Years

This fruitarian couple are making rounds online after claiming to only eat fruits for the past years and haven't brushed their teeth in two years.

Tina Stoklosa, 39, is an interior architect from Warsaw, Poland, first tried the fruitarian diet way back in 2013. To continue from her diet she decided to move to Bali three years ago and discover more exotic fruits. At Bali, she met her fiance Simon Beun, 26, from Belgium. They claim that only eating sweet fruits have kept them looking young and claimed haven't brushed their teeth in two years.

According to the couple, they eat atleast 2,000 and 4,000 calories of fruit each day which includes eating up to 30 bananas coupled with and drink fresh coconut water.

"I have been overweight most on my adult life. Engaged in cycles of binge eating and dieting in turn only growing bigger and feeling more helpless with each other. Whilst researching a green smoothie recipe for the first time - I found a girl online that only ate fruit and then I fund a whole group of people online eating this way and calling themselves fruitarians," she said.

Part 1 of 2 ✨ This is going to be a bit of a personal rant, inspired by one of the conversations I had with my best friend. I was trying to explain to Joanna in what ways I am different to the person she has known for 2 decades. The first thing that came to my mind is that I am FREE. Free from a voice inside my head that my made the vast majority of my life miserable. We all have these self diminishing voices in our heads whispering ‘Im not pretty enough’, ‘Im not successful enough’… Only you know what is your personal brand of ‘not-enough-ism’. Mine has always been ‘Im not thin enough’. I cannot explain to you just how much room that single thought occupied inside my head. I thought about it millions of times each day and everything I did was motivated by the need to get smaller. If only I could have used all the energy I put into dieting into something more purposeful, I could have made president of my country or done major things for humanity instead ๐Ÿ˜‰ Yet since when I was pre-teen till when I was 36, my sole focus in life was getting thinner, the aggressiveness of my pursuit sharpened by the fact that the more I dieted - the more overweight I became. I engaged in periods of overeating, purging and restricting for over two decades, stuck in this evil cycle, none the wiser with each rodeo. Eventually I reached 83kg (183 lbs) at just 153cm tall (5 ft). That is 32kg or 70 lbs bigger than I am now. Not that it matters now - now that the weight is gone for good, I never even think about weight related stuff, which is why I talk about it so seldom. Whats interesting, now that my body has reached its ideal weight, my weight hasn’t changed the slightest in three years. With little to no exercise I am able to eat as much as my boyfriend - a 26yr old male - and not gain any weight! Perks of the fruitarian lifestyle? Certainly. Weight maintenance is just so easy on fruit. Did I loose weight as soon as I started eating just fruit? Absolutely not. (Continued in next post)

The vast majority of them looked incredibly healthy and had so much energy they chose to be endurance athletes. I was intrigued and decided to do a week-long pre-Christmas weight loss cleanse on just fruit.

Meanwhile in Ubud, Bali. This is our fruit haul from the bi-weekly organic market. Can you believe everything in the picture is organic except for the green skinned mangoes (called harum manis which means ‘sweet smell’, we buy them at the sunrise market) and the pink dragon fruit which we bought at the Coconut Market. This was our first visit to Ubud’s organic fruit markets and we were amazed by the abundance of organic fruit, greens and veg (plus plenty of juice, jams, baked stuff, oils, the lot) Very pleasantly surprised by the freshness and variety of soft leafy greens, and may I add the price too - a head of organic lettuce is just 5K idr which is 0.34USD. As you guys know we’ve never eaten salads before as a part of our fruit diet, but now with this kind of availability Simon is on a salad roll and we’re enjoying the change in the evening meal. Comment below what you want us to make a video about first - Bali organic markets tour or our salads + dressing recipe experiments! . . . . #ubud #bali #organicmarket #fruitarian #801010 #rawfood #rawvegan #tropicalfruit #foodhaul #mealprep #fridgegoals

"I felt amazing that week - light, optimistic, even high, I was walking 30 centimeters above the ground - it felt like I was in love with everything. This diet was worth it even jut for the mental game. I decided to never go back to normal food. Easier said than done, first two years I caved into cooked food hundreds of times.

She doesn't need to exercise even,"With little to no exercise, I am able to eat as much as my boyfriend - a 26-year-old-male - and not gain any weight. Perks of the fruitarian lifestyle? Certainly. Weight maintenance is jut so easy on fruit."

As well as not having to cook - all their food is raw, they also skipt teeth time. They haven't brushed their teeth in two years. Despite the high sugar diet they believe that fiber from the fruit leaves their mouth clean.

"When you eat whole fruit the fiber in the fruit cleans out you teeth. I don't brush my teeth either," Stoklosa said.

"When I went for a check-up after three years, the dentist called two other dentists to show my teeth to them - my teeth were in such good condition she couldn't believe it. But please don't try this with dried fruit - as this sticks to your teeth and makes them rot,"she said.

" The benefits are weight loss, you can eat an unlimited amount of fruit every day, increased sleep quality, crazy amounts of energy. Feeling more connected to nature, to yourself and others. Feeling like you are getting younger each day - from a scientific standpoint are on this diet.

"It cures depression, cures so many mental illness, relieves anxiety. Cures all chronic digestive issues. There are thousands of personal accounts of people who have cured cancer on this diet," she said.
