The Bacolod 39th MassKara Festival has been recognized by Google through its Doodle, showing moving masks which fit to the celebration.
Each dressed up in colorful and festive-looking as the masks dance with a smile to pay homage to Bacolod, the City of Smiles.
The festival was celebrated every fourth Sunday of October. MassKara means a multitude of smiling faces which is the highlights of the festival.
