Kris Aquino files 44 counts of theft against two business partners, names revealed

About a month ago when the Queen of all media Kris Aquino filed a qualified theft against her business partner and declared war against this person, saying it severely affects her health condition. But people are puzzled to the identity of this person as Aquino did not disclosed the name.



 Aquino revealed the identity of this person who allegedly stole her money. Nicardo "Nicko" Falcis II, who managed Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP) and Nacho Bimby, faces 44 counts of qualified theft and violation of the Access Devices Regulation Act or republic Act 8484 at the Department of Justice, CNN reported.  

The former TV host even post a clip in her Instagram were herself edited the clip even she was having a fever. "Commenting unfortunately will need to be turned off-i am following instructions of my lawyers. (Fever is still 38.5, will now take my medicine and try to sleep.) i personally edited this myself because my doctors encouraged me to release all that is still hurting and angering me."

The video shows a statement of account were it could be seen the list of expenses that would sum up to P1,270,980.31 which being charged to the corporate card under KCAP.


The actress accused Falcis of spending personal expenses without her consent.

Recently, The Queen of all media Kris Aquino shared a video in her Instagram account on October 11 showing her current battle with Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) that affects her life the most.

Aquino explained that she's experiencing health problem due to the stress brought about by a betrayal of a business partner that she afraid people will lose trust in her.
