Ateneo De Manila University on Sunday reported its decision to dismiss Joaquin Montes, the junior high school student caught on bullying another student in a washroom of the school.
"After a thorough investigation that included listening to all parties involved, the decision of the administration is to impose the penalty of DISMISSAL on the student caught bullying another student in the comfort room of the school," Villarin said in a statement posted on Ateneo Facebook page.
"This means he is no longer allowed to come back to the Ateneo," I have spoken to the parents of both students about this decision and we have offered the families continued support to help them overcome this difficult time," he added.
