Presidential communications operations office Sec. Martin Andanar recently released his statement about the viral video of the Ateneo student bullying fellow student in the restroom of the school.

In his interview with DZMM Teleradyo, he said that people should forgive Montes. Love, generosity and especially forgiveness should reign this Christmas.
"The family of the kid bully is already affected of what happened because the video went viral not only in the Philippines but also in other parts of the world. Hope that Montes has already learned his lesson due to what happened." Andanar said in an interview.
Ateneo De Manila University on Sunday reported its decision to dismiss Joaquin Montes, the junior high school student caught on bullying another student in a washroom of the school.
"After a thorough investigation that included listening to all parties involved, the decision of the administration is to impose the penalty of DISMISSAL on the student caught bullying another student in the comfort room of the school," Villarin said in a statement posted on Ateneo Facebook page.
