At least 43 have been killed and hundreds injured after a tsunami hit Pandeglang, Serang and South Lmpung, Indonesia, Saturday night. Officials said that tsunami was triggered by the eruption of Anak Krakatao volcano, which forms a small islet in the Sunda Strait.
During sunrise revealed the extent of the destruction, with hundreds of homes and dozens of hotels and building damaged.
Indonesia has been hit by a series of natural disasters in recent weeks, including a powerful earthquake on September 2018 that hit the island of Sulawesi which recorded a death toll from the quake is nearly 2,000.
