A series of photos and clips in social media have been shared showing Vice Ganda watching Abueva's game and they are spotted together partying in Boracay.
Recently, another public announcement had been made by the It's Showtime host during the Tawag ng Tanghalan segment, Vice called Calvin Abueva as his "sunshine". This comes after Vice started asking his co-hosts who they consider their sunshines.
Vice Ganda with a smile in his face stated, "My sunshine is Calvin." Then the comedian followed his statement saying, "Siya yung closest friend ko ngayon. Siya yung lagi ko nakakasama," Vice said.
"Your sunshine can be your loved one, your family, your special friend, and your pet," he added.
Vice and I are just close and sweet friends and that there is nothing romantic between us, Calvin was quoted as saying through Push report.
