San Juan has a new mayor. Francis Zamora defeated incumbent vice mayor Janella Estrada after five decades control over San Juan City. Zamora was proclaimed by the City Board of Canvassers on Monday night. His father Ronaldo also won the congressional race against Edu Manzano.
Zamora promised to the people of San Juan, a free WiFi in all public areas, houses and affordable healthcare. He also promised that San Juan will become more competitive once again just like any other wealthy neighbors like Makati.
