Nanette Medved is building classrooms to devastated city 'Marawi'

Nanette Medved has just turned over eight classrooms to devastated city of Marawi. Her recent initiative proves she can be a real-life superhero, giving hope to hundreds of children in Marawi.



The actress posted an update on the eight classrooms she donated on Instagram as she took a tour. 


“Thank you to the Maranao for your heart warming hospitality especially given the circumstances!” she added.

Through the Generation Hope, the project was made possible, a non-profit organization that donates its profits from selling bottled water where the actress is currently serves both as the Chair and the President.
Actress Iza Calzado lauded the former Darna and team Hope. "You are such an amazing woman. Congratulations to you and Team Hope," Iza wrote in the comments.

Apart from job in Generation Hope, she also been part of the Board of ABS-CBN Foundation's social welfare program Bantay Bata and a national advisory council member of World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF) Philippines.
