Around 80 people fell ill with suspected food poisoning after attending the 90th birthday celebration for former First Lady Imelda Marcos in Pasig City.
Some of were taken to hospital by paramedics after experiencing stomach ache and vomiting at the event at the Ynares Sports Center.

Around 2,500 attendees were serves packed lunches of adobo with potatoes and egg, acoording to report.
