The University of the Philippines College Admission Test (UPCAT) is one of the most difficult entrance examination in the country. Most of the freshmen students are always dreaming of passing UPCAT, with faith that passing UPCAT is the passport to their dreams of a better future.
Dubbed as "Ito ang kwento ng mga Sukatan, Pasikatan at Shaded Cirles.Ito ang Kuwentong UPCAT ni Lucas,"Cinema One is making the film and will be made available for streaming on YouTube starting July 3 at 8 p.m. The film is directed by Roman Carlo Olivarez that centers the story of high school students who is determined to pass the UPCAT.
The film was a Cinema One Originals entry in 2008 which draw support in its screening at the UP Film Institute Theater in Diliman Campus.
This year 2019-2020 UPCAT passing rate is declining to less than 10% from the 16% in previous years.
