Manila, Philippines - Several local government units in Luzon have declared the suspension of classes on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 after the weather bureau reported that Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Calabarzon and Mimaropa would experience light to moderate but at times heavy rains.
Here is a list of areas where classes have been suspended for Wednesday, July 3, due to the effects of the southwest monsoon or hanging habagat.

Pampanga
Masantol - all levels (public and private), until Friday, July 5
Bulacan
Hagonoy - all levels (public and private)
