One lucky social media user Tracey Rustia lauded GRAB PH for a sweet gestures she received from the company. According to Rustia, she made a short exchange of private message for personal reason to Grab PH's customer service, just simply to release some heavy loads from her chest on that day.
"My anxiety attack went full swing yesterday, and I had a small chat with Grab (for a very personal reason). After their response, I unconsciously told them what I was going through but didn't expect this in return," Rustia said.
Surprised Rustia received customer service response to her message with some words of encouragement. Grab's assistance doesn't stop on just a simple words of encouragement, on that night Rustia received a surprised treat from the company right on her doorstep.
"The same night, they delivered all these goodies to my doorstep. Apart from my amazing support system (thank you for listening to my never-ending rants and cries), it dawned to me that losing one person doesn't mean the end. There is so much love to go around, even if it is from people you barely know," Rustia shared some photos of the sweet treats from Grab that we really feel great too.
Kudos to GrabPH for going above and beyond service to its customers!
