The much-awaited 40th MassKara Festival is all set to entertain us all this October in the city of smile. Once again, we will witness the most colorful, electrifying and most especially the most hospitable people of Bacolod.

For the first timers, MassKara Festival has some of the unique and interesting activities you shouldn't miss such as the Masskara Parade as one of the highlights, Electric MassKara, MasskAra Queen Beauty Pageant, Street Dance Competiton, MassKara Festival Music, and Nights of Mardi Grass.

However, after a long tiring day full of fun and enjoyment, your energy might probably losing to some extent that you need some good food to regain energy to your next activity.
Metro Bacolod has plenty of sleek concepts sitting comfortably alongside more casual homegrown eateries. If a hotel lounge and a well-designed cafe your looking, Juliana's Cafe is apparently what emerges.

It offers homey dishes in a casual, family-style dining set up. They are located at 37th St. Lacson where the festival is just around the corner.

Expect a homey dishes that is hard to find anywhere else, like the Chicharon Bulaklak, Boneless Chicken Steak, Beef Salpicao, Gambas, sizzling duck, crispy tadyang, and many more.
