The beauty queen who just graduated magna cum laude in B.S. Tourism Management at La Consolacion College-Bacolod won the most coveted Miss Ruby Masskara Queen 2019 title during the coronation night held Wednesday, October 23 at the Ayala Malls Capitol Central.
The 21-year-old Tuquero of Brgy. 36 bested 10 other candidates and earned a special award: Best Festival Costume. Tuquero thanked everyone who have supported her, especially her family.
Meanwhile, Chaira Victoria Juarez of Brgy. Singcang-Airport won first runner-up while Brgy. Granada's Vina Marie Peña went home as 2nd runner-up winner.
