While we try to understand the rules and the policy of every establishment we came in, this costumer and most of people who saw the video claimed that P1 per cup of water is ruthless. The newly opened McDonald's branch in Silay City in Negros Occidental went viral after a disappointed customer took a video to an annoying exchange with fast-food crew.
The costumer claimed that the fast-food chain charged him for a single cup of drinking water, where for some you can get it for free. A Facebook user named Tune Guanzon took to social media and expressed his disappointment to McDonald's branch in Silay City, Negros Occidental for charging customers with P1 per cup of water.
It can be seen on the video a man explaining himself and comparing other stores serving free water for customers.
Eventually the indecent was settled peacefully by the store manager and gave him water for free. A now viral video earned different reactions from netizens who was also disappointed on the incident.
