The k-pop girl group Blackpink set a new record when their music video "DDU-DU-DDU-DU" hits 1 billion views on youtube.
The video was uploaded last June 2018, for more than a year their music video reached milestone on November 11,2019. They were the first k-pop group to achieve billion views a for a single music video. It has 11 million like and more than 2 million comments on youtube.
But before it reached billions of views, their video was already most watched k-pop music video last year. Within 24 hours it reached up to million views already.
