The 29-year-old man was shocked to discover he has a fully functioning womb same as of woman. Noel said he worried blood in his urine was a possible sign of bladder cancer and went to the Kapuso program seeking medical help.

Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho on Sunday shared a story of a real man named Noel from Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro who experienced monthly period as woman do.
Noel discovered the changes in his body when he was 12 years old. Literally, Noel experienced a monthly period thesame as of the woman often experience. He easily gets a mood swings and painful abdomen before a regular discharge of blood and mucosal tissue.
He went to a doctor at first to consult but they just only laughed at him, so he asked help from the Kapuso program.
The network sent him to a specialist doctor and he undergone ultrasound. The doctor discover that he has endometrial cavity, where the menstrual flow came.
The ultra sound confirmed that he has a uterus and ovary thesame as of the woman. However, his hormones and sexuality were clearly male, and he had male external organs.
The blood discharge that Noel saw, which he reported having experienced since his late teens, wasn't a sign of cancer. It was just his period. Noel now plans to remove his endometrial cavity and through the KMJS he hopes that the operations could be done very soon.
The case is extremely rare according to doctor Raymundo.
