Many people in different walks of life are affected by the coronavirus pandemic and among those heavily hit is the entertainment industry. Filming are halted and guesting to public events were cancelled.
So Thai actor Amp Pheerawas decided to look for some alternative job to earn and support the financial needs of his family.
He decided to sign up to become a Grab delivery driver, after his friend who is a pilot invited him to do the same. Though he is used to receiving high pay from projects and some endorsement, Amp shared his enjoyable moment being a Grabfood rider. He was able to expand his network by knowing new friends everyday and was able to learn how to save money.
Amp pushed himself to the limit as he earn at least ฿30,000 in a month without rejecting orders even it rain or shine. His experienced made him realized that to earn a living wasn't easy.
He was proud of becoming a Grabfood rider and he doesn't feel humiliating as long as he is earning money from a noble job.
