The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), will investigate actress Kim Chiu over the video that spread online showing the actress allegedly dancing along the busy street of EDSA.
In a short video from the Instagram story of Angelica Panganiban this Monday, the very first day of general community quarantine in Metro Manila. Sports with a workout clothes and a slippers it can be seen Chiu dancing outside her car in the middle of the road, while long queue of cars could be seen in the background.
“We have so many problems that should be addressed and for the meantime, this is our reaction to the issue concerning actress Miss Kim Chiu,” said Pialago in the Tribune news.
“We will verify the truth about the report. We will check if this video of Miss Kim Chiu really happened on EDSA. We will invite her to explain her side then we will act accordingly.”
