13-year-old Cebuana karateka Janine Narboada has won silver at the 2020 Shureido World League online KATA competition.
Narboada placed second in an event happened last July 22 to 31, 2020 where she competed with 32 other karatekas around the world.
Last year, Narboada also secured a gold medal in the girls' under-14 kata event and won silver medal in under-14 kumite sparring -42kgs class held in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia last August.
She is a member from the Sports Karatedo Organization (SKO) Pilipinas of Mandaue City.
