Every year Thailand holds a military training for Thai men aged 21, an obligation that will lead them eventually to join the army.
But the vibe in the event suddenly changed when these head-turners trans women showed up and queue to apply for the military training while on their skirts and make-up. Thailand is known for its stunning 'ladyboys' which is very hard to detect as they look like a natural women hiding behind their cosmetic surgeries.
Transsexual can be excused in the military training if they could show a proof with doctor's certificate indicating they are "type 2" woman. Standing alongside thousands of men at every drafting event, trans women proudly affirm their feminity while male counterparts remove their tops for a "fat check". The high ranking officer will decide if they are allowed to sign up.
Doctor's will take them to a private room to see whether they have breasts or have undergone a sex change.
