9 moving photos of people braving the floods to save their pets during typhoon Ulysses

 Typhoon Ulysses on Thursday, Nov. 12 brought catastrophic floods in the Philippines capital region and surrounding provinces, leaving behind unbelievable destruction. At this point, people described the scene similar to the tropical storm Ondoy that brought massive flooding in eastern Metro Manila and neighboring Rizal back in 2009.






But among the tragedy, there have been incredible touching scenes of kindness from humankind that restore our faith in humanity.





No one must be left behind for these humans spotted saving their beloved fur babies. Families, neighbors and even complete strangers are determined to leave no one behind to face the rising waters. Here are just a few of them:
