Criminal Investigation and Detection Group of Region-10 (CIDG) found an explosive device, firearms, and ISIS flag from the suspects when they raided a residence in the Villa Candida Subdivision in Brgy. Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.
Authorities are now investigating the confiscated evidence.
