The Department of Tourism (DOT) has hit out at those party goers for violating COVID-19 quarantine rules.
In a video footage posted by ABS-CBN News, a mass gathering was spotted at a resort in Barangay Laiyaon Dec. 7. People were caught on camera partying without face masks and face shields while also disregarding physical distancing.
Local government unit (LGU) has revoked the resort's business permit and filed charges against the management, the report said.
