Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal are under General Community Quarantine (GCQ) as COVID-19 cases continues to spike.
In line to the current situation in the country, a set of guidelines was implemented that will run March 22 to April 4, unless lifted or extended by President Rodrigo Duterte.
1. No lockdown
2. Same rules for NCR, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal (Area)
3. Effective March 22 to April 4
4. Curfew hours 10pm to 5am
5. Essential travel only in Area (work, food, services).
6. Leisure travel within Area (staycation) is allowed but not including below 18 and above 65 yrs old
7. Leisure travel outside the Area is not allowed but returning to Area is allowed
8. No religious gatherings and face-to-face meetings; 10 pax max for wedding, baptism, wake and burial.
9. Private sector 30-50% working capacity subject to health protocols
10. 24/7 delivery and take out allowed
11. Dine in not allowed
12. Outdoor dining (including along mall corridors) allowed
13. Below-18 stay home
14. Above-65 and PWD allowed for no contact sports and exercise except pregnant, immunodeficiency, and comorbidity
