A delivery rider was threatened with scissors by the husband of a customer after receiving a parcel of which they did not order.
The rider was forced to return the cash to the customer out of fear caused by the latter's husband's behavior.
As seen in the now viral video, the customer opened the parcel and found out that it wasn't the item they order resulting for not accepting it.
The rider said he cannot accept the returned item and the customer must request for the refund of the order through the delivery app which the customer failed to understand.
Many netizens have reacted to the Facebook post of Tagumeño Disiplinado 2 that earned over 74K shares and over 52K comments. It appears that the man in the video who threatened the rider is a principal.
