Man caught his wife cheating on him with a policeman in a hotel in Quezon province using a global positioning system (GPS).
Based on the report, the incident happened on November 5, in Barangay Bocohan, Lucena City. The victim called for police assistance after the GPS showed exact location of his wife in a hotel.
The victim caught a PNP member assigned at the Quezon Provincial Health Service Unit, who only covered with a towel, while his wife was seen uncovered.
the two suspects are "believed to be having sexual relationship," PNP said as qouted in the Inquirer news.
The wife was arrested for adultery but the the policeman managed to escape.
Under the article 333 of the Revised Penal Code, adultery refers to an extra marital relationship of a woman to a man other than her husband. The wife and the man would be charged together.
