While you might heard a corporate mantra for most working people that the boss is always right, then, you read it right! This man who went for a holiday vacation in Boracay seems to have no way out to disobey his boss for a reason.
Sales officer Denver Poria from Davao Oriental managed to work with his laptop while on a parasailing activity with his cousins.
"I've finished client's quote, just let me look for WiFi signal because data is so slow," Poria wrote in the video's caption.
The video gives amusement to social media folks who can relate to his funny stunt.
Speaking to the Coconuts Manila, Poria said that he brought some work with him while in Boracay, and often times he worked from his phone. However, he thought it would be funny to send his boss a video of himself replying to emails while on vacation.
And parasailing was a perfect time to show off to his boss, so at least he know Poria still working despite having fun up in the air.
“Ito na ginawan ko na quote, teka hanap ako wifi signal ang bagal ng data (I already finished the client’s quote, let me just look for wi-fi signal ’cause data is so slow),” Poria jokingly wrote on his Facebook post that went viral.
On his boss reaction, "Minura niya ako muna bago tumawa, sabi niya, 'Walang 'ya ka talaga, hahaha' (He swore at me before bursting into laughter and said, 'You're crazy," Poria added.
Poria admitted that he felt a little scared being up in the air with his laptop but, "I told myself this was fine, just so boss wouldn't get angry since I didn't tell him I was going on a trip."
