While classes are still suspended and many of us suffered from limited social interaction due to the lockdown, this Electrical Engineering student from UPLB go above and beyond to confess his feelings to his crush through a reaction paper.
In a now viral TikTok video of a freshman student from UP Los Baños named Rianah Kate Togado, revealed the story of how her study buddy, Emmanuel Benco, wittingly confessed his feeling.
In the middle of a study session, Rianah got an unusual request from her study buddy, Emanuel.
It was a supposed school assignment when Emanuel sent a reaction paper to Rianah for her to check. But to her surprised it turned out that a reaction paper is actually a confession letter that also includes a hopeful question if he can court her.
"I realized na dapat paghirapan para makuha ang isang pangarap. 'Yung part na paghihirapan mo makes it worth it.
"Now, I know I can come out of my comfort zone...
"I don't know about the future, all I know is I can hold your hand, and I think that's enough.."
From cheesy lines that every girls might melt while reading, Rianah accepted the confession especially Emanuel is willing to wait and they agreed that study are their first priority.
Rianah is a DOST Scholar while Emanuel is one of the top UP college admission passers.
